Essential Responsibilities: |
As part of the EHS On-Job Trainee you will be joining a fast paced environment as part of our partners'* EHS team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within the field of Environmental, Health & Safety. You will be a part of their team, you will learn from the team and the team expects to learn from you as well! In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to); - Under partner's guidance, you will be working on a project that will consist of reviewing Site Risk Assessments (SRA), also known as Job Safety Analyses. The assessments cover almost every activity on the site and will expose you to many Occupational Health & Safety Elements and how they are integrated within everything that our partners do. |

Green Health Canada Inc. invites international professionals to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) On-Job Training Program here in Canada whereby new management graduates have an opportunity to work alongside “the best of the best” in the field. Take your current knowledge base to the next level and prepare yourself to successfully meet the requirements of an ever changing business environment in the field of Supply Chain Management.
Supply Chain Management is defined as: “The design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand, and measuring performance globally” (APICS dictionary)
Operations Management is defined as: “ A field of study that focuses on the effective planning, scheduling, use, and control of a manufacturing or service organization that transform inputs into finished goods and services.” (APICS dictionary)
As a participant in this program you will have the opportunity during your time in Canada to sign up for and attend a selection of potential APICS courses (fee variable by course) such as the APICS (Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) program or on day courses offered from a series of Focus Workshop. The specific courses offered changes regularly depending student interest. At the time of starting the program you would be able to confirm what courses are being offered at that time.
